Key Responsibilities
- Guide students and parents in selecting the right course and career path.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets through effective counselling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
