We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator who can produce engaging content that captures the attention of business owners and generates leads across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.
- Develop content strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, hooks, and calls-to-action for social media posts, reels, shorts, and videos.
- Research the latest industry trends, AI tools, website design trends, digital marketing updates, and business growth topics.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create impactful visual and video content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos, carousels, blogs, and social media posts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms and content trends.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Ability to create content that educates, engages, and converts audiences into potential customers.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating viral Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style videos.
- Knowledge of AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Experience working with technology, software, IT services, or digital marketing companies.
