Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, strength, posture, balance, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and mobility rehabilitation.
- Administer electrotherapy and other physiotherapy modalities as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate patient care with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and rehabilitation planning.
- Ensure infection prevention and patient safety during all therapy sessions.
- Maintain physiotherapy equipment and ensure proper utilization.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Provide rehabilitation services in inpatient, outpatient, community, and home-care settings as assigned.
- Attend continuing education programs and keep updated with current physiotherapy practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)-Mandatory
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
