- Job Description: All rounder Chef
- Prepare room included breakfast for in-house & handle A-la-carte Indian, Chinese & Continental orders with one more Chef
- Prepare food for the remaining Staff
- Kitchen inventory management - Purchase grocery & other ingredients
- Utensils will handled by Kitchen Helper who will work under Chef
- Overlook work of Kitchen & look after Gardern
- Maintain Kitchen Garden & Plants
- Help in overall operations when there is no kitchen work
- Salary & Benefits:
- Salary will be credit on 1st of every month
- Regular & permanent employment

- Season Time:
- Peak Seasons (70-80% Occupancy): March, April, May, June, October, Christmas & New Year
- Normal Season (30-40% Occupancy): November, January, February Dec First Half
- Off Season (5-10% Occupancy): July, August & September
- Work Flow - With Guest during Season Time
- 7 AM shift starts
- Kitchen cleaning & prep for Breakfast
- Finish assigned task and share Kitchen opening list
- Breakfast Service 9 to 10.30 AM
- Staff Breakfast
- Afternoon time - finish pending kitchen work
- Staff Rest time (1.5-2 hrs turn by turn)
- Lunch Time
- Overlook Garden, Plants work
- Help in pending operational work
- Evening last dinner order 7.30 PM and service close by 9.30-10 PM
- Off Season Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM
- No bonfire, Vegetarian Hotel
- No Loud music & late night parties
- No smoking & drinking in Staff Room
