1.Set up and operate mechanical press machines as per production requirements.
2. Adjust machine settings, dies, tools, and fixtures to achieve specified product dimensions and quality standards.
3. Inspect raw materials ( Sooji ) and finished components to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
4. Perform routine preventive maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of press machines.
5. Report breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance manager department for timely repairs.
6. Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection, scrap, and wastage.
Experience: - 3 to 5 yrs . Experience in FAVO or PAWAN machine will be preferred.
Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI/Fitter,
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
