Job Overview:
PCS Global Group is looking for a proactive and dedicated Strata Administration Assistant to support client coordination and administrative tasks for our Strata Management team in Australia. The ideal candidate is a smart learner, quick catcher, and someone who communicates clearly and professionally with clients through calls and emails. You’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth operations, drafting communications, and providing reliable support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely communication and task completion.
- Draft and send professional emails to clients and assist with client interactions over calls.
- Assist with documentation, tracking, and reporting of administrative processes.
- Follow and document procedures to support consistent operations.
- Identify gaps, issues, or areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Learn new tools, systems, and workflows quickly to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle tasks with responsibility and attention to detail.
- Support the team with problem-solving and follow-ups as needed.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹31,129.91 per month
