Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Service Delivery: Welcoming guests, taking food/beverage orders accurately, and serving items according to established standards.
- Station Preparation: Setting up, cleaning, and organizing tables and side stations before, during, and after service.
- Guest Experience: Personalizing service by remembering preferences, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Sales & Operations: Up-selling products to increase revenue and assisting with inventory/stocking.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is often preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in F&B service or hospitality is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: 18000/- + incentives (esi, pf, welfare and other allowance provided)
