The Travel Membership Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the travel agency's membership plans to individuals, families, corporate clients, and business establishments through direct field visits, networking, and lead generation activities. The role is purely commission-based and focuses on achieving membership sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and explain the benefits of the company's travel membership plans to prospective customers.
Conduct field visits to residential areas, offices, shops, clubs, institutions, and business establishments.
Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and direct marketing activities.
Arrange meetings and presentations with potential members.
Convert prospects into paid members by effectively addressing their queries and concerns.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers until closure.
Collect and submit membership application forms and required documents.
Ensure timely collection of membership fees as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales closures.
Provide daily/weekly activity and sales reports to management.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Eligibility
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, insurance, real estate, banking, or membership sales is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Own smartphone and willingness to travel locally for field work.
Compensation
This position is purely commission-based.
Commission will be paid on successful sale and realization of membership fees as per the company's commission structure.
No fixed salary, PF, ESI, or other employee benefits shall be applicable unless specifically approved by management.
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
