We are looking for a passionate Special Educator to work with children with special needs.
The educator will assess students, create Individualized Education Plans, and deliver lessons using adapted teaching methods, visual aids, and activities.
Key responsibilities include teaching academics, life skills, communication, and supporting positive behavior management.
You will also coordinate with parents, therapists, and teachers to ensure consistent support for each child's growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Ed / D.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education
- Patience, empathy, and creativity
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Knowledge of disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, ID
- Freshers or Experienced
