- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and networking devices
- Install and manage biometric attendance systems (fingerprint, face recognition)
- Attend and resolve client complaints/service requests on time
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of installed systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in CCTV and biometric devices
- Configure and manage biometric software, user data, and attendance reports
- Ensure proper system connectivity and networking
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients
- Maintain service reports and update work statusAttend service calls & client complaints
- Install & maintain CCTV, biometric & fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Site visits & reporting
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting
- Experience in biometric devices and software handling
- Basic understanding of networking (IP, LAN, routing)
- Ability to handle field work and client visits
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
