Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily manufacturing activities to achieve production targets while ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and achieve production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor production processes and minimize downtime, wastage, and rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Supervise and train production operators.
- Maintain production records and submit daily production reports.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of production processes.
- Leadership and team supervision.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of safety and quality practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
