Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Presales Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, supporting the sales team by providing initial client engagement, and contributing to the overall sales process through effective communication and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through outbound calls and other communication methods. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Client Engagement: Initiate and manage communication with potential clients to introduce our products or services and assess their needs.
Technical Support: Provide basic technical information and support to potential clients, addressing their initial queries and concerns.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities in the CRM system. Market Research: Conduct preliminary research to understand client needs and industry trends, providing relevant insights to the sales team. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, client feedback, and conversion rates.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
