Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Executive to supervise and coordinate installation and project execution activities at client sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, quality checks, coordination with internal teams and clients, reporting, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor site installation and execution activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, installation teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure installation activities are carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety, work quality, and project timelines.
- Conduct installation inspections and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site reports, and checklists.
- Coordinate material movement, manpower, and site readiness.
- Identify and escalate technical or execution-related issues.
- Support testing, trial runs, and project handover activities.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with clients.
- Ensure projects are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical systems.
- Ability to understand and read engineering drawings.
- Good site coordination and execution skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
- Understanding of installation, commissioning, and site safety practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- 0–5 years of experience in site execution, installation, project coordination, or related roles.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
