Job Title: Java Tech Lead

Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The candidate should possess strong backend development skills along with exposure to frontend technologies and DevOps practices.
Job Description /Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices following industry best practices.
- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.
- Develop server-side applications and APIs using Node.js where required.
- Design, develop, and optimize Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Support application deployment and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support as needed.
Technical Skills (Mandatory):
- 5–7 years of software development experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Node.js
- React
- Oracle Database/SQL
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including source code management, build pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and RESTful API development.
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Good knowledge of SQL query optimization and database design.
- Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
- Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
- Exposure to cloud-based application development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
