Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team in Panvel. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care in the ICU and Ward, assisting consultants, and ensuring timely medical management of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage patients admitted in the ICU and Ward.
Examine patients, record medical history, and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide emergency medical care and respond promptly to critical situations.
Assist consultants during patient rounds and medical procedures.
Prescribe medications and treatments as per hospital protocols.
Coordinate with nurses and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
Maintain patient records and prepare discharge summaries when required.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical ethics.
Requirements:
MBBS degree with a valid medical registration.
0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of ICU and ward patient management.
Good clinical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
