Castle Jet Tours & Travels is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive / Client Handling / Office Admin. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel and capable of managing both domestic and international tour packages while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries for domestic & international tour packages
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers
- Prepare itineraries and quotations
- Maintain office records and daily operations
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales / customer handling (Freshers with good communication can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Proficiency in MS Office and email handling
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in travel industry or tourism
- Sales-driven attitude with target-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English, Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
