Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician with 2–3 years of experience to join our diagnostic center in Beeramguda, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and maintaining laboratory samples while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, sputum, and other specimens).
- Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as per standard protocols.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Record, verify, and report test results accurately and promptly.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of biological samples and laboratory waste.
- Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and inventory.
- Follow quality control procedures and comply with NABL/clinical laboratory standards.
- Coordinate with pathologists, doctors, and other healthcare staff regarding test results and sample requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the laboratory environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report maintenance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), DMLT, BMLT, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a diagnostic laboratory or pathology center.
- Knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, immunology, and microbiology testing procedures.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
