Job Summary:
Alexa Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in the healthcare sector. The candidate should have strong industry knowledge and an established network with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to drive business growth and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote healthcare services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Conduct field visits and meetings with healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing/business development
- Candidates should be comfortable with field travel and meeting healthcare professionals regularly.
- Strong network within the medical field (doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostics)
- Good communication and negotiation skills (Bengali, Hindi & basic English)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Willingness to travel locally within Kolkata
Working Details:
- Field + Office-based role
- 9 hours duty (as per roster)
- Weekly off as per company policy
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
