Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Conduct regular field work with MRs to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Develop strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, distributors, and stockists.
- Appoint new stockists and strengthen the distribution network.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor team performance through daily reporting and CRM updates.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely submission of tour plans, expense reports, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience as an Area Manager or Senior Sales Officer.
- Strong knowledge of doctor coverage, prescription generation, stockist management, and territory development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹16,096.86 - ₹35,000.89 per month
