We're Hiring: HR Executive (Hybrid → Full-Time Office)
Energy Ecolighting Enterprise is looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, salary processing, salary slips, PF & ESI compliance, attendance, employee relations, conflict resolution, joining & termination letters, and HR documentation. The role also includes planning employee engagement activities and maintaining workplace discipline.
Mode: Initially Hybrid (Online + Offline), transitioning to a Full-Time Office role based on company requirements.
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
