ToolBuy.com is an E-commerce Application for online B2B procurement of Industrial Supplies covering various categories like Abrasives, Fasteners, Bearing, Hand Tools, Power tools, Tooling & Cutting, Welding, Lubrication and Oils, Pneumatic, Safety Equipment & many more. We are looking for Customer Care Executive.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp.
- Handle order-related issues (order status, delays, cancellations, returns, refunds).
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams
- Assist customers with product information and website usage
- Follow up on unresolved cases until closure
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
- Knowledge of CMS software such as or Zoho CRM.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
