Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our team in Lucknow. You will be responsible for creating accurate 2D building plans and realistic 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp for architectural and interior design projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Build 3D interior and exterior models using SketchUp.
- Apply realistic lighting, colors, and material textures to create clean visual designs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure all measurements and technical specifications are correct.
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
Requirements
- Software: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Knowledge of rendering tools like V-Ray or Enscape is a plus).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in CAD drafting, interior design, or civil architectural projects.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, ITI Drafter, or CAD certification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work within project deadlines.
