Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
- Manage visitor records and maintain the reception area.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations.
- Support HR and Administration activities as required.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery.
- Ensure a professional appearance and smooth functioning of the front office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Executive.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
