1. Programming and Setting knowledge in VMC and CNC Turning ( Fanuc Control)
2. Hourly monitoring of Machine Utilisation and taking action for Improvements
3. Understanding and Interpretation of Part Drawings
4. Various Cutting Tool & Fixture Knowledge
5. Meet Shift Production Targets of Quality and Quantity
6. Rejection Analysis and taking CAPA
7. Able to handle manpower of 25 members in shift
8. Inventory Control and WIP cost reduction
9. Able to do Productivity Improvements and Cost Saving Projects
10. 5S adherence and maintaining high shopfloor Standards
11. Basic MS Office Knowledge and able to make reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
