Hambire Solutions is a software company providing business management solutions for the jewellery industry, including Gold & Silver Testing Labs, Hallmarking Centres, Bullion, Refinery, and Jewellery Stores.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content, captions, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team for marketing creatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate quality leads through online marketing channels.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Maintain marketing data and campaign trackers in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support branding, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Suggest innovative marketing strategies to improve business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
