We are looking for a Sport Psychologist who can support athletes and individuals in developing psychological resilience, improving performance, and maintaining mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments relevant to sports performance, emotional well-being and behavioural concerns.
- Provide individual and group-based psychological interventions for athletes.
- Help athletes manage performance anxiety, stress, motivation, confidence, burnout and emotional regulation.
- Develop interventions to improve focus, concentration, resilience, goal-setting and mental preparation.
- Support athletes during injury rehabilitation and return-to-sport transitions.
- Work collaboratively with coaches, trainers, physiotherapists, physicians and other mental-health professionals.
- Conduct workshops and psychoeducation sessions on mental health, performance enhancement and athlete well-being.
- Develop personalised mental-skills training programmes based on individual sporting requirements.
- Maintain appropriate clinical/professional documentation and monitor intervention outcomes.
- Ensure all services are delivered ethically, confidentially and in accordance with professional standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to holistic care planning.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Sports Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology from a recognised institution.
- Additional certification or specialised training in Sport Psychology / Performance Psychology is preferred.
- RCI registration/licence is preferred where the role involves regulated clinical/rehabilitation practice.
- Strong understanding of psychological principles related to sports performance and athlete well-being.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sport Psychology, Performance Psychology, Clinical Psychology or a related setting.
- Experience working with athletes, sports teams, fitness professionals or high-performance individuals will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
