Job Summary
The Automobile Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving vehicle sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving dealership profitability. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor progress.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients and fleet customers.
- Organize promotional activities, events, and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads.
Inventory & Process Management
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability.
- Monitor stock levels and sales forecasts.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership procedures.
- Maintain accurate sales records and MIS reports.
Financial Management
- Maximize dealership profitability through effective sales planning.
- Monitor discounts, pricing strategies, and financing options.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to increase accessory, insurance, and finance penetration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
