Myhna Properties is looking for a dynamic and well-presented Receptionist / Guest Relations Executive to join our team. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and a customer-first approach to create a positive experience for all our clients and visitors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and channel partners professionally
- Handle front desk operations and manage incoming calls
- Coordinate meetings and maintain visitor records
- Support the sales and marketing team with client coordination
- Ensure smooth guest experience at the office and project site
- Maintain reception area and presentation standards
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Prior experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or guest relations is preferred
- Ability to handle clients professionally and multitask efficiently
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
