Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations smoothly and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and convert walk-ins into sales
- Maintain stock records, inventory, and product display
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and store reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for stock replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Supervise store staff and ensure discipline and productivity
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
Required Skills
- Good communication and sales skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing software
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle store operations independently
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing systems, WhatsApp communication, etc.)
- Smart, presentable, and target-oriented personality
Qualification
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant retail experience
- Experience in retail sales/store management preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
