ABOUT ORGIX MEDIA
Orgix Media is a fast-growing organic content and social media growth agency. We work with founders, creators, and D2C brands to build powerful personal brands, scale social media accounts, and build content systems that generate real business results.
We are hiring a Senior Content Strategist who has already delivered measurable results, managed teams, and knows how to scale accounts not someone who has only studied content.
This is a serious leadership position.
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
Candidate must have:
- Scaled 5–10+ Instagram/YouTube accounts with real proof.
- Written 1000+ high-retention short-form scripts.
- Built multiple successful Content IPs.
- Worked with founders and personal brands.
- Improved retention, watch time, engagement, and followers.
- Generated real business results through content.
- Managed a content team.
- Successfully handled 5–10 editors and 4–5 content strategists.
- Experience leading projects from strategy to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build monthly content growth strategies.
- Create scalable Content IPs.
- Write high-retention scripts.
- Improve hooks, retention, engagement, and CTR.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategy.
- Plan content calendars.
- Coordinate with editors and ensure high-quality execution.
- Review scripts before production.
- Lead the entire content department.
- Manage deadlines, quality, and team performance.
- Train and mentor strategists and editors.
- Ensure clients achieve consistent growth through structured content systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth.
- Deep understanding of storytelling and retention psychology.
- Excellent scripting skills.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Team management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
