We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Plant Manager to manage our electric scooter manufacturing plant. The candidate should have good computer skills and be able to handle all factory operations from production planning to final dispatch. The person should be able to lead the team, solve problems, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete factory operations.
- Plan and monitor daily production.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Supervise assembly, quality checking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage workers, supervisors, and production staff.
- Maintain production reports and stock records.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch departments.
- Ensure raw materials are available for production.
- Monitor inventory and reduce material wastage.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained.
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean factory.
- Handle machine maintenance and coordinate repairs when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Handle customer or management priorities and urgent production requirements.
Required Skills
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, ERP software is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
Experience
- Minimum `2-3years of factory or production management experience.
- Experience in handling complete manufacturing operations from production to dispatch is preferred.
