Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and expand dealer & distributor network
✅ Drive sales of automotive lighting products and accessories
✅ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
✅ Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
✅ Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities
✅ Manage collections and coordinate with internal teams
✅ Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and maintain sales records
What We're Looking For
✔ Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Automotive Aftermarket Sales
✔ Experience in Automotive Lighting, Auto Accessories, Spare Parts, Auto Components.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, dealer development, and territory management skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
