Position: Accessories Manager
Industry: Automobile Dealership
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of genuine vehicle accessories and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage accessory inventory, stock planning, and procurement.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to maximize accessory sales.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of accessories in the showroom.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable accessories based on their requirements.
- Monitor stock movement and minimize inventory losses.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile accessories sales or dealership operations.
- Strong sales, inventory management, and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems is preferred.
This role is ideal for candidates with dealership experience who can effectively manage accessory operations while driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
