Job Description: Consultant Speech and Language Therapist – TeletherapyRole OverviewWe are seeking a licensed Speech and Language Therapist to join our online child development platform. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, remote teletherapy to children with speech, language, and communication challenges. You will work closely with families online to build effective communication skills in children with various neurodevelopmental and behavioural disorders.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric clients.
- Deliver teletherapy for articulation disorders, stuttering, and speech-language delays.
- Provide communication interventions for children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Down Syndrome.
- Design creative, interactive digital therapy materials to keep children engaged online.
- Coach and train parents virtually to implement communication strategies during daily routines.
- Maintain accurate, confidential digital records of session goals and child progress.
- Collaborate with online child psychologists and occupational therapists for holistic care.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP).
- Licensure: Valid professional registration with the relevant national regulatory council (e.g., RCI in India).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in pediatric speech therapy.
- Tech-Savvy: High comfort level with video tools, digital games, and teletherapy platforms.

- Ability to use digital props, screensharing, and gamification to capture a child's attention.
- Clear voice articulation and excellent communication skills.
- Strong coaching skills to guide parents on screen during parent-mediated therapy.
