We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support day-to-day administrative tasks and business operations at Mach Infra. This role involves coordination across teams, documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of orders and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents
- Maintain and update customer and order records
- Coordinate between sales, factory, and delivery teams
- Track orders, materials, and timelines to ensure timely execution
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and reporting
Requirements
- Fresh graduates (BCom / BBA / any stream preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up consistently
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and Email
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of AI tools (preferred)
