- Minimum 1-2 year experience
- Plans, Organizes, writes and edits operational, maintained or test procedure manuals or plans, managers and develops product.
- Promotes teamwork; may coach and or guide others.
- Adapts information and style to audience and explains difficult issues clearly.
- Applies knowledge and skills to range of standard and non-standers activities.
- Identifies unusual technical problems and escalates them for resolution.
- Work with limited guidance on projects within define criteria.
- Provides technical solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
