About the Role
Mikan Engineering and Construction Pvt Ltd is hiring a Revit MEP Engineer / Revit MEP Trainee to support our BIM and MEP design projects. The candidate should have basic to good knowledge of Revit MEP modelling and be willing to work on international engineering projects with proper quality and coordination standards.
This role is suitable for candidates who have completed Revit MEP training certification or have minimum 1 year of experience in Revit MEP / BIM modelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Revit MEP models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection services.
- Work on HVAC ducting, piping, plumbing, cable tray, equipment and support modelling.
- Prepare and update BIM models as per project requirements.
- Generate plans, sections, elevations, schedules and basic MEP drawings from Revit.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators and other discipline teams.
- Follow company modelling standards, naming conventions and checklist requirements.
- Support clash checking and model coordination activities.
- Maintain proper model housekeeping and drawing quality.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given deadline.
Required Skills
- Revit MEP training certificate or minimum 1 year Revit MEP experience.
- Basic knowledge of MEP services such as HVAC, plumbing, piping, cable tray and equipment layout.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, layouts and markups.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Navisworks knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to follow company standards.
- Basic English communication for project coordination and reporting.
Eligibility
- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
- Freshers with Revit MEP training certification may apply.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
