Position: Sales Manager – HVAC
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with 6+ years of HVAC sales experience to drive business growth in the Mumbai market. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, and key customers to generate specifications, manage project sales, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and engage with consultants, architects, PMCs, and contractors to promote HVAC solutions.
- Generate product specifications and secure approvals in projects.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Track ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams for successful execution.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC sales/project sales.
- Strong network with consultants, architects, and MEP stakeholders in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred:
- Experience in VRF, Chillers, AHUs, Ventilation, or HVAC solutions.
- Knowledge of consultant-driven and project-based sales.
Salary: Best in Industry + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
