Export Documentation Senior/Executive/Assistant Manager

Hiring for a leading US-based International Freight Forwarding & NVO company.
We are looking for an Export Documentation with 2-10 years of experience in freight forwarding/export operations to manage majorly USA-bound shipments. The role involves handling export documentation, AMS & ISF filings, BL documentation, and coordination with shipping lines, CHA, CFS, customers, and overseas agents.
Key Requirements:
- 2-10 years of experience in Export Documentation.
- Hands-on experience in AMS Filing and ISF Filing (Mandatory).
- Experience in BL Documentation, CHA & CFS Coordination.
- Freight Forwarding / Shipping industry background preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Preferred immediate joiners
