Job description:
About the Role Nogiz is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our mobile applications and websites. The ideal candidate should have strong testing knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues before product release.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
-Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
-Execute functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and performance testing.
-Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
-Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
-Verify application compatibility across multiple devices, browsers, and platforms.
-Conduct smoke testing, sanity testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
-Ensure software meets quality standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
-Prepare test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 2+ year of experience in software testing (mobile & web).
-Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
-Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Bugzilla, or similar.
-Understanding of test case design, defect life cycle, and test documentation.
-Basic knowledge of API testing and database testing is a plus.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
-Experience in Android and iOS app testing.
-Knowledge of Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
-Basic knowledge of SQL and API tools like Postman.
Experience: Web development: 1 year (Required)
Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
Work Details Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Job Type: Full-time, On-site or Remote
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
