We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can generate high-quality leads, optimize campaigns, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate qualified international leads, especially from the United States.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for website design, software development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Create and test multiple ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement remarketing and conversion optimization strategies.
- Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI-powered advertising, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Experience in conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of landing page optimization and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing campaigns targeting the United States or other international markets.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Experience in the IT services, software, or digital agency industry.
