Job Description:
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to manage and support computer hardware systems in 15 - 16 schools in Thane , Dombivli, Kalyan and Mumbai. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot hardware problems, install systems and provide technical support to teachers and staff. The engineer need
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned schools to check and repair computer hardware issues.
- Minimum 3 school visits per day to troubleshoot non-working computers and equipment.
- Install and configure computers, printers, scanners and other hardware devices.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops and laptops.
- Install operating systems and required software.
- Maintain computer labs and ensure all systems are working properly.
- Provide technical support to teachers and school staff.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements if required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows OS installation and basic networking.
- Ability to travel (within the city) to different schools when required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 0–2 years experience (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
Preferred Skills:
- Printer and network troubleshooting
- Basic LAN setup and maintenance
- Software installation and system formatting
Salary: As per experience
