Developing and customizing the user interface (UI) of ServiceNow portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Implementing responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices (desktops, tablets, and smartphones).
- Working with Service Portal widgets, pages, and themes to create a consistent and visually appealing portal experience.
- Integrating with other ServiceNow modules and third-party platforms to enhance portal functionality.
