Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable. Accounts Administrator responsibilities include processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintaining online accounts of designated Centres.
- To input all expenses as well as income entries of the office.
- Preparing online, printing & disbursing monthly fees invoices.
- Forwarding online invoices.
- Collecting cash fees or other deposits.
- Collecting fees or other deposits in the form of draft, cheque & NEFT transfers & updating it in the relevant online as well as offline sections, along with forwarding the instrument to the bank (if required) & acknowledging the receipt of the same (wherever required).
- Preparing monthly salaries & payouts of all the employees & engages of the office & the designated Centres.
- Preparing & processing cheques or NEFT transfers for salary & payout disbursement.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Working Hours: 3–4 hours per day
- Computer Proficiency: Very Good required for:
MS Office (MS Excel)
Google Sheets (Preferred)
Tally & Zoho Books (Preferred)
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate – B.com, M.com
- Computer & accounting certifications preferred
- Should possess good organizational skills and Communication Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years of working experience.
