Lead Generation Specialist (Commercial Leasing)
Location: Remote (San Leandro, California, USA)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Job Summary
Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with businesses seeking commercial office space. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential tenants, and supporting the leasing process to increase occupancy of our commercial property.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads for commercial office spaces.
- Research and identify businesses looking for office or commercial rental opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other lead generation channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progress.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the leasing team to support successful lease closures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Commercial Leasing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM software, and online prospecting tools.
- Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Property Leasing.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation strategies.
