Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain call records and update CRM/system
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to convince and handle customers
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
