Understanding the hiring requirements from HR Manager
Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates, Outbound calls.
Requirements and skills Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter for 6m to 2 years Experience with sourcing techniques, basic qualification, good knowledge in recruitment. Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills Sound judgement and confident Graduate / MBA fresher
6 days working Time: 9 AM to 6 PM
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
