Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Analyst – EUC to provide end-user computing (EUC) support. The ideal candidate will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT-related issues and ensure seamless desktop and hardware support for users.Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support via calls, emails, ticketing systems, and chat tools
- Deliver onsite (desk-side) and remote technical assistance
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, and desktop-related issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Support networking basics including DNS and DHCP
- Handle hardware issues (printers, desktops, system assembly/disassembly)
- Coordinate effectively with users and internal IT teams
- Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction feedback.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Outlook support
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Good understanding of desktop hardware and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, user-focused environment
