Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a career in B2B sales and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM systems.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Assist the sales team in tracking opportunities and maintaining sales pipelines.
- Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Generate and maintain reports related to sales performance and lead status.
- Support the team in preparing MIS reports and sales dashboards.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding proposals, documentation, and contract formalities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the sales department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Development Support, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
