About NauTutor
NauTutor is a specialized Merchant Navy entrance coaching institute in Kochi, focused on IMU-CET and DNS preparation. Founded by Merchant Navy professionals, NauTutor provides structured training and career guidance for students aspiring to maritime careers. We are launching our offline training centre and seeking a responsible Centre Coordinator to support admissions and daily operations.
Role Overview
The Centre Coordinator will manage front desk activities, student/parent enquiries, admissions coordination, and day-to-day centre operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in education institutes, training centres, or administrative coordination roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp)
- Support admissions process and maintain enquiry/admission records
- Manage front desk and daily centre coordination
- Track fees, documents, and student information
- Coordinate class schedules and classroom readiness
- Assist in communication with students and parents
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the coaching centre
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in education institute / office admin / coordination
- Strong Malayalam communication; basic English
- Comfortable interacting with students and parents
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Based in Kochi or nearby
